We are a computer building company dedicated to providing the avid market trader, video game enthusiast, poker player, engineer, graphic artist (and the myriad of other people needing to increase their productivity with a multiple monitor pc) with an unmatched computer buying experience and cutting edge products that will help you get your work done faster and more enjoyably. Please feel free to contact us if you have a special request and you don't see your solution on the website. We work with people regularly on custom setups that are not featured on our site. Payment Policies:
Multiplexpc.com currently accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. We accept eChecks through PayPal (please email or call us to place your order via eCheck). ECheck purchases will not be built or shipped until funds have cleared and your shipping address must match the billing address for us to accept your eCheck. Our PayPal email address is paypal@multiplexpc.com, however, please email us before submitting payment. Shipping Policies:
After your payment has been received and has cleared (if applicable) your product will be built and shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for arrival of your purchase from your shipping confirmation email, although your product may arrive sooner. We include shipping insurance, at no additional charge to you, for added peace of mind. All customers will receive an email confirmation when their product ships with a tracking number and the carrier used for delivery.
Warranty Information:
We stand behind our workmanship and have unparralleled warranty and product coverage. All of our computers come with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor and a full 1 year warranty on parts. We offer extended warranties on our systems at point-of-purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer them after point-of-sale due to company policy. While your computer is under warranty only a certified computer technician should make upgrades. If there is a problem with your computer and we find that the computer system has been damaged or tampered with due to upgrade errors, we reserve the right to void any remaining warranty you may have with our company. We may ask for copies of any receipts on 3rd party upgrades to the system to settle any disputes. Though we don't anticipate any disputes in this manner, this is the policy by which they will me managed. All returns must have a valid RA# (Return Authorization Number) and be fully insured. Please email us for a RA# if you need to make a return. We pride ourselves on customer service and we will work with you to speedily address any computer repairs.
Any 3rd party products (i.e., Monitors) that are purchased via our website will carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Return Policy:
Returns are accepted and refunds issued within 7 days of receipt of delivery to you. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items over $200.00. You will not be charged a restocking fee if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase unless your item has already shipped. Due to state and federal regulations we are unable to resell any opened products or delivered computer systems as new once they have been opened. This is why we charge the 15% restocking fee. Please remember to insure and request a RA# for any returns.
