Payment Policies: Multiplexpc.com currently accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. We accept eChecks through PayPal (please email or call us to place your order via eCheck). ECheck purchases will not be built or shipped until funds have cleared and your shipping address must match the billing address for us to accept your eCheck. Warranty Information: Detailed warranty information can be found here. Return Policy: Adapters: We will accept returns on adapters and matrox units. Please return within 7 business days for a full credit (less shipping and handling). A 15% restocking fee may apply if your product is not in retail like new condition. Custom Computers and Arrays: Due to the custom nature of our computers and arrays, we require that you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel your order. We are entitled up to a 15% restocking fee of any computer or array that you accept delivery on and then return to us within 30 days that is not found to be defective, this is due to the highly customizable nature of our products - it may be impossible to resale a custom computer and/or array for market value within a reasonable time frame.
