Question: How hard is it to setup my personal computer and/or monitor array once it arrives?
Answer: Our multiple monitor computer systems and multi-monitor arrays are designed for plug and play use. Setting up a monitor array is very easy and you will just need to follow the detailed instructions that accompany your array purchase. Question: I don't have the budget to purchase a new computer but I want multiple monitors. Are there any solutions for me?
Answer: Yes. Although we recommend purchasing a multiple monitor capable certified computer, there are a couple options to allow you to run multiple monitors. Please see our monitor adapters product section for complete available solutions. Please be advised we do not recommend using an adapter if you're a heavy graphics user, as the adapters have low native resolution in comparison with an internal video graphics card in a multiple monitor computer.

Complete Coverage Warranty by MultiPlexPC.com: Our complete coverage warranty covers all parts and labor as well as mailing costs back to our repair facility and back to your doorstep. It is an all-inclusive warranty that covers the computer's hardware components and factory installed software. Generally the turnaround time for a repair is 1-2 days from receipt of the computer. Total turnaround time is generally 3-6 days, depending on your location.
Complete Coverage Warranty + Local Repair: If you select this warranty option you will be entitled to taking the computer to any local certified computer repair store for the necessary and authorized repairs. Before you take the computer to a repair specialist, we require that you notify us of the problem so that we can verify the issue. We will only pay for the repair(s) that we verify prior to taking your computer to the repair shop.
Question: Do you price match?
Answer: No, we price BEAT! If you find a lower price for a comparable system that runs multiple monitors, we will beat the price by 100.00 dollars.
Question: How do you ship your computers? How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: If you order a computer during on a business day, before 2pm, generally your computer will being its build process that evening. If you order after 2pm or on a non-business day, your computer build begins the next business day. After your computer is built, it is "burned in" or tested, for 48hours before being cleared for shipment. Once it ships, your computer will arrive in 2-3 days via United States Postal Service or Fedex. You will be provided with tracking information via email once your computer ships.
