Shipping Information:
Most computer orders that are placed before 2pm ET on business days (Mon-Fri) will begin being built the following day. The computer that you order is custom built to the order specifications that you selected when you placed your order on our website or over the phone with an account representative. The build process for your computer order takes approximately 2-3 days, however, we reserve the right to modify the build time to include up to 2 additional days due to order volume. We will notify you of delays with your order if they occur.
All orders placed within the entire USA receive FREE UPS GROUND shipping. If you are ordering your computer and are trying to meet a deadline, we urge you to select an expedited shipping method and to also select the "RUSH MY ORDER" option during the computer's (the option can be found towards the bottom of the product page on all computer models). This will insure that your computer arrives as quickly as possible. Arrays are processed and ship out before computers, so we do not offer a RUSH option on them, only expedited shipping options.
If you're an international customer, your order will take up to 15 days to arrive due to international shipping delays that are customary with international electronic deliveries. At this time we do not extend free shipping offers to international orders. You are responsible for all customs taxes, VAT, etc. We ship international via UPS and United States Postal Service. Please contact us if you have questions about an international order.
Your computer will be packed in a heavy duty industrial strength shipping box with an accessories box. The accessories box includes all of your paperwork, adapters, and power cables. Also included with the shipment is your keyboard and mouse in it's retail packaging.
